For customer care I will be talking about what comes in your package, what to do if there are any problems, and how to contact me! first let's talk about what comes in your order! of course your order comes with what you ordered but it also comes with candy (currently not allergy safe will try to change it soon) crystal confetti (Inso: @kennascrystals), and some more freebies! now what to do if there is something wrong! first the first thing I recommend you do is contact me (reesescrystals@gmail.com) then I will try to help with the problem! if its a situation that is out of my control like something with shipping I can try to guide you through what we can do to get you your package!How to contact me, you will have to log into your email first then add my email (reesescrystals@gmail.com) and email me your problem! I'm very sorry to disappoint but I do not share my wholesaler! If you go to my FAQ'S it will say I don't share my wholesaler, here is why. I did research for my wholesaler and I spent a lot of time picking out and choosing different wholesalers until I found the right one, and lots of other businesses also don't share their wholesaler so if you ask others you might get the same answer! You need to do research to find a wholesaler that has what you want and one that fits your needs!
